Soft and gooey perfectly baked brie is the ultimate wintery indulgence. Ingredients You'll Need:
- 1 wheel of brie cheese: Opt for a quality brie that is ripe but not overly runny. 
- Olive tapenade: Make your own (pitted green olives sliced, mix of herbs, confit garlic, chilli, olive oil) or buy from the supermarket. 
- Crackers, sliced baguette or apple slices: For serving. 
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 200°C. 
- Bake Until Golden: Place the brie on a baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 7 minutes. 
- Serve and Enjoy: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette or apple slices for dipping and the olive tapenade. 
Tips for Success:
- Choose quality ingredients: Use a good quality brie and condiments 
- Experiment with flavours: Feel free to customise your baked brie to suit your taste, try it with different jams, preserves or nuts
